Received unit today. Easy to read isntructiona. I wore the unit for the first time today
Anxious to see results. I am starting the program today, I wore the unit as instructed for my first 12 minute session. I am only evaluating shipping, packaging and quality appearance of the unit. Of course time will tell with results.

Impressed by the additional health benefits of infrared therapy
I was nervous about purchasing an expensive and unknown product for my husband for his 46th birthday, as I found this simply by researching natural hair growth treatments online, however my mind was put at ease by the professional customer service, timely responses to questions, support and follow up as required, and the clear scientific approach to this product vs a gimmick. Now that I understand the health benefits from infrared therapy, I am using the helmet too as while I don’t have hair loss, I am impressed by the additional health benefits.
