I received everything that was purchased. It was quick and easy and the bundling helped me to make a decision to buy.

It was super easy to order... and it fits like a charm... super easy with only 12 minutes per day. The storage container is absolutely fantastic. The only things I wasn't to pleased with was loads of extras added into my cart that I didn't see... but it got here (nz) way way quicker than.i thought it would... so far so good... only been using it 4 days so don't know if it works yet... but this is my second laser cap so I know the technology works. That was also backed up by my doctor. It was Trina from "beauty beyond 40" that changed my mind as id already decided on a different brand... her video taught me this has more than the other brand.

I ordered an iRestore Professional shipped to my address in Canada. At checkout, I was charged $131.48 USD in sales tax. However, upon delivery, DHL also charged me CAD$ 201 in import taxes and customs clearance fees to release my package. After reviewing this situation, it appears that the U.S. sales tax should not apply to international orders, as this was an export shipment outside the United States. I would therefore like to request a refund of the U.S. sales tax that was charged in error. I also want to highlight a lack of transparency regarding customs and import fees. Your website advertises “Free Shipping”, which gives customers the impression that the total price shown at checkout is final. In reality, I was charged over CAD 200 in additional fees upon delivery. This should be clearly communicated to international customers at the time of purchase to avoid confusion and frustration.

So far so good. I just received my product last week so there hasn’t been enough use to determine effectiveness….but the product is well made and the customer service has been exceptional!
