The product itself is excellent and I'm excited to use it, but I'm giving one star because of my experience with the delivery. I ordered the elite helmet and expect a timely, convenient delivery. I waited all day by my phone to ensure that I didn't miss the package on the delivery date. Instead, DHL sent me a message saying I missed my delivery, even though no one tried to call me or even ring my condo buzzer. Stop using DHL—absolutely horrendous delivery experience. After paying over $ 3,000 CDN (and custom fees in advance to avoid delays), I'm still waiting for delivery.

I purchased the Elite after first using the Professional helmet for 10 months, with good results. I have definitely had some noticeable filling in around my temple areas and front hairline, that even my stylist has commented on. The helmet itself is a solid product, both lightweight and easy to use.

Response to a untrustworthy company: I'll be happy to share my recording/ email from 10/23/25. #Run from this company's advertising. Everyone should be very concerned and aware of this company after their response. Their intentions are very clear- try their product which says 90 days to see results, but will only refund you in full after 30 days. Ridiculous and a bad scheme. We can see why my request for an executive callback was is dismissed. I spent my hard earned money and expect results. I definitely expect the owners of this company to have better customer service.

My neck and chest mask stopped working, and the team was very helpful to get my old one back to be examined and sent me a new one, as mine was defective. It was hard to be without my mask for a couple weeks, but happy to have it back and working!

iRestore requests a review right after you get the device. So, this is primarily regarding service: Fast delivery. So far so good. After 2-3 months, I will update my review to see if I have any noticeable changes.
