I purchased hair and face mask and the website shows guaranteed shipping with in 7 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks since I placed the order and was charged immediately on my card. Still waiting to get my products.

Ordered 5 December. Item not shipped until 20 December (label printed 16 December) and estimated delivery 30 December.

Purchased (2) irestore hair loss hats. One of them broke down by month 4. Had to send it back. When they finally decided it was broker they sent a replacement which took almost 2 months to arrive. Reps sent it with the wrong name, then I had to wait until they got it back. I begged the representative to please ship it express because I had interrupted my treatment for over a month now, but this company is so stingy they didn’t. So I had to wait 2 more weeks for it to arrive. I was considering purchasing a few more red light products from them for Christmas. So glad I realized that customer service and their warranty is contingent to their stinginess without having consideration for the client. Definitely not upgrading anymore

The 5 Star rating goes to Will. I encountered several issues with the initial purchase, resulting in the incorrect helmet being sent to me. I was required to return the incorrect helmet and await the delivery of the correct one. Upon receiving the correct helmet, I encountered problems with the pads, necessitating another return and replacement. This situation was particularly frustrating since the purchase was made on October 31st, and I only received my helmet on December 16th. Your associate, Wil, played a crucial role in making this situation bearable. I am unable to quantify the extent of Will’s assistance in managing this situation and ensuring that every aspect of the transition was handled effectively. Notably, Will provided me with regular updates throughout the process. Without Will’s intervention, I would have likely requested a refund for the purchase. I am deeply grateful for Will’s exceptional customer care.

I ordered my face mask on in the Very beginning of December still haven’t received my order and when I look up the status on my order, it doesn’t give me one it just says confirmed that’s all it will say waiting on details that’s it so I emailed them three times. My email has not been responded to I have not been able to get through on the phone. I paid $600 for this damn product. This is a terrible company. It will be reporting them to the business bureau

They promise cash back from Rakuten and then they just scam you out of it giving idiotic excuses. As for the device itself, i'll give an update.

The product itself may be great, but the shipping communication is unnecessarily confusing. With porch piracy and delivery mishaps on the rise—especially during the busy holiday season—I want to be proactive about tracking a high-priced device and ensuring receipt of delivery. I placed my order on 12/2/25. On 12/9/25, I received an email stating that my device was “on its way,” along with a separate request to leave a review. However, the only apparent way to track the order was by downloading and registering for a separate Shop app—which feels like a big ask given today’s data-breach and phishing concerns. At that point, it wasn’t clear whether the item had actually shipped, so I found myself repeatedly checking emails and the store portal to anticipate delivery and ensure access to my gated property. Then, on 12/16/25, I received another email stating that “the last items in your order are on the way,” which raised confusion about whether there had been an earlier shipment I missed. After further digging, I learn that the original order is in fact on its way, with UPS tracking and expected delivery date of 12/20/25. The issue is not shipping speed—it’s managing expectations. Clear, direct tracking info and less ambiguous messaging (especially review reminders that imply successful delivery) would avoid this confusion entirely. A simple note that a UPS tracking link would follow would have made all the difference.

Update- I rec'd a call from Andrew just now, he was very patient and explained this much better than the email and I understand much better what is needed appreciate him and Brian and Czar for their helpd and patience! Original post: I ordered a set of the helmet, neck and chest and facemask from this company. Ran into an issue with Amazon, so I cancelled that order, then went direct to the site to order them, thinking time is running out here and I need these by the Holiday. Then I get an email from a Sup there, Andrew and subs chatted with Bryan and spoke with Czar (appropriate possibly?) who all stated they needed my photo ID and copy of my credit card to proceed. Yeah, no. Not acceptable and definitely not legal. If my credit card has an issue with this, they will deny or contact me. But it all shows pending. When I confirmed what they are asking for is very sketchy at best and possibly illegal, they were firm. Not sure if they didn't want to provide the three item discount? But I have purchased bulk appliances with much easier time thank this company is providing. I have multiple health conditions and I really just wanted to try these products, but they are sending me into a flare just dealing with this. It's actually pretty ridiculous. A scammer could impersonate me with ease, but I can't go forward with this purchase without violating my privacy in this way? Update- 4/24/26- these products are really amazing and worth every dime- they are an important part of my routine now and I wouldn’t trade them for anything!
