Beware the hidden fees and charges
Was informed that shipping is included at purchase. After waiting a few months for this delivery we were contacted by the Irestore team to contact the courier and pay the duties. This was $413.67 of extra fees, the alternative was to not pay have it returned and they will deduct all shipping costs before giving whaat small amount remains as a refund. To anyone deciding to purchase, this amount will vary i would imagine based on location so include that in the cacluclation for the value fo the product. For those not having the money good luck as you would have lost a good portion of the maount with no product.

Very long time to receive product
Misleading information on website about delivery times. Product site states "In stock, Ships in 2-3 days". Does not say truthfully that processing before shipping will make receiving product longer. My Date if order 12/1/2025, my date of receiving product, 12/29/2025. Also, while tracking product, delivery date was pushed to later than expected.

Please do not give them your money
One star is sadly the minimum, which I feel is generous. A warning to anyone thinking of ordering from this company. They screwed up their paperwork when sending me an item (a ~$1,000 Christmas gift for my wife) meaning the shipping company called asking me for just over $30,000 USD in fees for delivery (yes you read that number right and yes it was a legitimate call). It took me over a week, with multiple calls and messages to Restore to get them to do something about it, meaning the item arrived well after the 25th, for no good reason. They made no attempt to offer me anything as compensation for this. Avoid them at all costs.

Lots of products and great customer service
This company sells different products for different concerns and from what I can tell, they’re great quality. My item arrived quickly in perfect condition and before purchasing their customer service answered all and I do mean, ALL of my questions. So far, I am extremely pleased with this purchase experience.
