I initially left a review here due to iRestore's failure to honor their Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) obligation, which left my order stuck in transit. They responded to my review asking me to contact them, which I did immediately. However, after following their instructions, I received an unsatisfactory reply stating that the refund would only be processed after the PayPal investigation is completed—an investigation that has been delayed multiple times due to their actions. It seems like they are unwilling to take responsibility or expedite the refund process. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and their repeated delays and lack of accountability make it hard to trust them. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with iRestore. 5 days have gone by and not even a tracking code. I've had to fight to receive my order confirmation to begin with but I was not prepared for the rest.

Impeccable customer service and number 1 product in their industry.

Not the best experience so far. I haven't even collected the products after they were shipped to the UK. I have been emailing back & forth since the 31 of October and I am getting fed up now. These products are expensive as they are, over £1300 paid for products that were intended to be a present. Now I am stuck with no products, no money and stress of dealing with customer service. There was no need for iRestore to issue an invoice for customs stating a value of my order that I didn't even pay- over double the amount I actually paid? This was then used to calculate the amount of VAT and iRestore are now telling me that an updated invoice has been emailed over to DHL but refusing to give me this "corrected" invoice so that I could forward it to DHL myself. DHL are still saying that iRestore emailed them nothing and I have no proof to show them otherwise. DHL showed me the actual-original invoice and iRestore quoted close to $4000 of purchased goods. Is this even legal? If you have emailed DHL the updated invoice why not give it to me as well? I don't like shady scenarios. I don't want to pay over £600 for VAT for something I haven't purchased. iRestore offered to pay half but why? Wouldn't it be easier to do business the right way? If U R ordering from the UK then be careful. I wasn't prepared to pay £600 on top of my order. VAT is 20% of the total amount. iRestore just want me to go away now and get over it. They didn't offer to pass my query to a team leader or a manager or anyone who could actually assist. I am not even asking for any favours. I want to pay the correct amount of VAT and collect my products. Very unprofessional and I am going to need that helmet for myself now because my hair is starting to shed over this.

Staff are concerned about their clients and are always there to help. Very good company.

I like the functionality of the product, and ease of use. I was underwhelmed with the packaging of the mask and product. For this price point I would have expected more. For example, a piece of cardboard was bent to fit inside the box and shoved on top of the mask box and products. The face products are in plastic bottles and the calming facial sprayer is narrow and aggressive, not a gentle mist. At this price point, the details matter and I didn’t feel like I was receiving a luxury product. Another thing to consider is the eye protection prevents the mask from sitting directly on the skin. I can’t speak to the effectiveness of the product yet.

Excellent customer service! This is my second device—I used the Essential for two years and definitely noticed a difference. I recently upgraded to the Elite, and I’m excited to see even more hair growth. Your products are always top quality. I have been using the Elite device for a week now, and I love it so far!
