I had an issue with one of the fleece tights that I bought. I sent my concern and received a reply very quickly. After a few exchanges they are sending me a new pair! They have excellent customer service and I like the tights! Will buy from them again.

They sent the product,but the size was ridiculously small compared to what was advertised, and their return policy means you have to email them for approval to return it, pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping (they charge Canadian customers for returns). It's money down the drain if there's anything wrong.

I was hesitant to order from this company, and I see why now. I did email the company and they did respond within a timely manner. I ordered on the 29th of September and received my products today the 14th of October. Normal shipping time from China. Here’s the thing that really makes me angry! I ordered three pairs of the fleece leggings because it was buy one get one half off and then get another pair half off after I ordered. I also ordered a bodysuit from them. ALL THE TAGS ON THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN CUT OFF! Meaning, I now have to figure out which pair is which size. Why would a LEGIT company cut the tags off of the products? Even the tag on the bodysuit is cut off. Not even discretely either, can clearly tell that someone took a pair of scissors and cut the tags. Probably ordered from SHEIN and sold them for 10X’s the price. I paid over $100 for three pairs of leggings and a bodysuit. Be sure to always check Trustpilot before ordering! NEVER AGAIN! I would zero stars if I could!
