Hi Sabina, We're sorry the tights developed runs and holes on your very first day, especially when you otherwise loved the warmth, comfort, and tummy support. That's understandably disappointing, and we’d like our support manager to look into this personally. Please email [email protected] with your order number, and our manager will get back to you directly. Sincerely, The Irazia Team

Hi Kiriahna, We're truly sorry your original package never arrived and that your request for a refund wasn't handled as you clearly asked. We understand how upsetting it must have been to repeat yourself across multiple emails and still feel unheard. We've flagged your review for our support manager to investigate personally. Please email [email protected] with your order number so our manager can follow up with you directly. Sincerely, The Irazia Team

Hi Alicia, we're so sorry the fleece-lined leggings didn't fit comfortably, even after trying the two largest sizes. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find that the fabric wouldn't comfortably fit over your hips, despite your measurements matching our size chart. We're glad our customer service team was able to help with your exchange and return, but we're sorry the leggings themselves let you down. We've flagged your feedback to our support manager to review personally. If there's anything further you'd like us to look into, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and our manager will get back to you directly. Warmly, The Irazia Team
