This company not only took my money, they NEVER sent my original package. When I asked about being refunded and not have a replacement sent they did the exact OPPOSITE and sent me the product I no longer wanted. They did this so they could collect a 20% restocking fee so they could still get a penny out of me. I specified over at least 6 different emails that I did not want a product any longer and still sent it anyways. I find it very gross misconduct that they went against what I said I would like to proceed with and did their own thing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Its a faceless corporation with a lot of work around to even get replied to. If I could give zero stars, I would love to. Amazon sells the exact same brand online, so just go to a place where a return is extremely simple and you can get your full refund.

unfortunately, i have tried the 2 largest sizes in the fleece lined leggings. the size chart is accurate in that if your hips are larger than you waist (as most bodies have), the fabric will not fit over larger hips in order to get the tights on all the way despite my body measurements being within those on the size chart for the 2 largest sizes. the waist feels like it has a death grip on my legs. disappointed. the only good thing was the customer service processing the exchange and final return.

Extremely poor quality. Day 1 and there were snags, and piling from the outside. Don't waste your money. I wish I could submit a picture here to share with everyone. Sooooo disappointed.

Horribly made product. While putting on, they don’t snag or leave holes, but you can definitely see the stretch marks from where your fingers pulled them up so there’s long finger marks running up your legs.!!! so tacky. So cheap.!!! and now I have to pay them 20% to take them back.. horrible company horrible customer service do not order from them! I should also mention that I had to wait over three weeks from my order. I tried to cancel it several times and they ignored me. In the day they shipped it is the day they responded and said oh sorry we already shipped. Complete scam don’t waste your money.

I was hesitant to order from this company, and I see why now. I did email the company and they did respond within a timely manner. I ordered on the 29th of September and received my products today the 14th of October. Normal shipping time from China. Here’s the thing that really makes me angry! I ordered three pairs of the fleece leggings because it was buy one get one half off and then get another pair half off after I ordered. I also ordered a bodysuit from them. ALL THE TAGS ON THE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN CUT OFF! Meaning, I now have to figure out which pair is which size. Why would a LEGIT company cut the tags off of the products? Even the tag on the bodysuit is cut off. Not even discretely either, can clearly tell that someone took a pair of scissors and cut the tags. Probably ordered from SHEIN and sold them for 10X’s the price. I paid over $100 for three pairs of leggings and a bodysuit. Be sure to always check Trustpilot before ordering! NEVER AGAIN! I would zero stars if I could!

Horrible! I am allergic to the dye in this product! I have been trying to get a return and refund started but the company is ghosting me and will not help!!!! Also, they get the information from my emails requesting the return but just will not respond, they sale you the product but will not honor their on return policy!
