I am a member of i-Say surveys about one year, but I experienced that i-Say sent too little surveys and too littel points per survey and much surveys are ended with wrong end! So you got nothing after spending time 15-30 minutes! I got after one year only 10 EURO Amazon giftcard and the second time I received only 2 EURO for 10 EURO giftcard. They answer no contacts, chat, mails and complains! i-Say Ipsos is terrible.

A few technical issues on certain surveys and then it just gets better... I am due for my reward but I can't remember my password. The change password link does not work and their 'customer service team' clearly have no clue how to resolve the issue and give generic answers. I asked them to cancel my account, they directed me to their website and yes, you need to log in before you can cancel it. amazingly, you don't need to log in to access more surveys and earn reward points you won't be able to use. I can only assume this is all part of the scam. Avoid this company and their website.

I'm wondering if anybody actually received any rewards? I have heaps of points but when I tried to redeem them it says the rewards are out of stock and they have been for months!

Contacted multiple times to complete my Covid-19 test. They have illegally processed my data and somehow have my name, address and phone number. I requested my details are removed from their system and submitted a subject access request to see what data they have collected and from which sources. Surprise, surprise it was ignored. This company is breaking the law yet it is those making our laws who are providing them with our personal data.

My name & contact details were passed to Ipsos Mori without my consent. When I tried to have my details removed their employee became rude. It is now official. We & all our details are the property of the state regardless of data protection laws. Your consent is presumed. Ipsos Mori & other out-sourcing companies operate for one reason only. To make money. They don't care about your privacy or your rights. You are a resource to facilitate them making money. Refuse to have anything to do with them.

Not a very nice market research company to work for. After purchasing the recommended communication equipment, and going through the training, calls are put through to us automatically one after the other but I found myself at one end of a phone line listening to random numbers being dialed, and waiting up to an hour at a time for a member of the public to answer the phone. More than 90% of those numbers are dead ends, no one picks up. The worse bit is, although they tried to reassure me that it was normal, I was still fired for not having high enough numbers of completed research forms. Total watse of time working with a bunch of unprofessional people.

I've been with Ipsos for over 2 years now and have found them to be generally ok. I do get a lot of surveys where I don't qualify, but I've still had many where I do and have redeemed a fair few Amazon vouchers in my time with them. I've also been rewarded loyalty points at times which is an added bonus.
