IpsosReviews of ipsos.com

Started off fine, installed the app and went through surveys. I mentioned additional devices which I was hounded to install the app on however on reflection I did not want the tracking on these only my personal mobile. Microphone interfered with my car speaker and connection. Persistent phone calls and messages. Instead of cash the incentive is actually points on another incentive platform. Good idea in theory but very difficult to execute.

I have done mystery shops for IPSOS for several years and they used to be good but for the last 18 months or so, there pay rates have not increased & the surveys instructions are not always clear enough leading to possible non payment. It’s almost like the checkers are now incentivised for returning jobs. I won’t be working with them again as there are now better companies in the market place with clearer job specs and paying better.

For six months their website says 'New surveys launching soon' but none ever appear. I previously enjoyed doing their surveys with some very interesting and relevant and others monotonous and boring. However, through participation the rewards mount up which I then exchange for Amazon gift vouchers. Given stars as the above message has appeared for over six months otherwise would have given four. Hope this helps.

The majority of the surveys that they offer boot me halfway through. It sends me a message saying that the survey is "being picky". At first this felt like an honest issue. It has now become all I ever see. When I go back to my list of available surveys to start another....the list is suddenly empty. Messages sent back through the feedback forum allow for an email to be sent to support. Support tries to indicate that it's a hardware or software fault on my end.... or they don't answer at all (majority). I don't recommend using this after the first day or two. It's gonna glitch. Once that begins, I recommend cashing in your points. I haven't yet tried the claim any of my points. If that becomes an issue, I'll post here. Feedback from others is suggesting the same. The rating of this company is really low. The company is difficult to gain resolution with and they do nothing to fix problems. They don't give credit for partial surveys, either. Unfortunately, this site is tantamount to a scam.

It takes a long time to complete the survey. There is a delay in getting the reward.
