IpsosReviews of ipsos.com

Joined ipsos about 6 weeks ago, I only do a couple a day generally and its when im relaxing anyway. Ive made £50 and even had a couple of products to review. I have had a couple of issues with surveys however I was credited the following day upon messaging them. I have converted the points to amazon vouchers for future gifts for my kid

They claim they have no vouchers to redeem points, which is nonsense. Pay us! Now! ***Update: January 2026*** I emailed them about the lack of vouchers and, days later, they got back to me with a generic "We're sorry and don't know when" email. I emailed them back, furious, and the next day they contacted me to tell me they had vouchers. I sincerely doubt I had anything to do with it - total coincidence - but they now have vouchers. I'm changing my 1-star to 4. I take a monthly survey about tobacco use and get $10 a pop. It's not much, but it's not nothing either.

I'm evidently a member again and have successfully redeemed my points. I never received a reply from Ipsos regarding my non member status, I just received a invite to a survey. Hopefully I will not have any issues going forward. Will update as needed.

Pays more per survey than the other one. Confusing getting payout, but I've done it a few times and they do pay.

Oh goodness, I went through all the bad reviews and almost giving up myself on this company. Luckily I went back into Ipsos website and I saw all the gift cards are back into the page again. So I managed to make my claims and I received it on the spot by email. Guys, just be patient, when you saw there is no gift cards reward available...you just need to wait until they restock it again and that's common with a few other company as well. Dont have to come up with a bad review immediately, give them a month atleast. So far I never had any problem with them and only last month I realised they out of stock with giftcards. Also they always replied to my email either on the same day or next day. LissaCaldina
