Twice in a row now I've completed studies for which I was supposed to be given a £15/20 Amazon voucher and they've not given it to me! I've also had surveys I've completed not give me the points I should've been given. Their customer service is dreadful and if you ask for points or vouchers you should've been given they just accuse you of not actually completing the survey even if you have, and just generally fob you off. That's even if you get a reply! I see I'm not the only one here who's not been given their rewards. They must be making a killing on all this free data they're not paying us for!

I joined Ipsos isay after seeing it recommended on various sites as a way to make extra money. I've done two live video session product tests for them where I was promised £15 voucher for one and a £20 voucher for the other. Using up 3 evenings to participate. Apparently we were supposed to get the voucher within 7 days of the live session. Have they arrived? No. Really deceitful company. They want you to basically work for free. I will be reporting to trading standards and whoever else I can. Do not fall for their lies.

En regardant les autres avis je me sens moins seul. Prendre 30 minutes de son temps pour répondre à une enquête pour qu'elle se bloque vers la fin c'est tout de même relativement bizarre, surtout lorsque ça arrive deux fois de deux endroits différents (téléphone en 4g, pc en wifi). Toujours aucune réponse du service client à ce jour. Mais apparemment je ne suis pas le seul. Quelle arnaque.

95% of management and supervisors are rude and make staff feel like children. Constant eyes on you, reminding you that you have 5 minutes left on your break etc. During this covid time, temperatures should be taken at the door when entering for your shift, sometimes this can be taken hours into your shift. Supervisors enforce the 2m distancing rule, when it suits them. It is clear that they enforce it upon the staff they aren’t keen on (even when they haven’t even got to know you). They will happily walk along brushing shoulders chatting to other staff they obviously like. Supervisors will also take over calls at your desk, without cleaning before and after use. But staff must do that. FAR to many double standards! Safety of staff isn’t taken seriously. Staff often given little support from some supervisors regarding complaint calls. Made to feel anxious for even approaching the supervisor. Current government rules is that 6 people in a break room at one time, sometimes this room is so crammed so you can’t even hear yourself think! Atmosphere is tense and a gossip driven environment. Takes a series strain on the mental health to complete a shift! Positive is that the shifts are flexible so you can work when you want. Probably the only positive. Certainly not a career. More of a pit stop between work!!

Ho fatto sondaggi per tre mesi accumulando 1900 punti, all’improvviso mi annullano l’account e se provo a riscattare i premi mi dice che non é possibile! Vergognoso, io però i sondaggi li ho eseguiti. Diffidate

Eszereint a vacak szerint (egyébként JTN-ről jöttem, de mindegy) nem tudom elindítani a felmérést, mert elavult a böngészőm. Fasza! Frissítem, még mindig az! Kipróbálom két másik böngészővel, még mindig az! Egy rakás szar az egész!
