We had ordered USBs from iPROMO previously and thought we would try them again. We were NOT disappointed! The process was super easy. I went to the website, put in what I wanted and waited to hear back from them for a quote. I got a quote almost instantly. Then I started talking with a sales rep, Dan, who was wonderful. He made sure I had everything I needed and checked in with me to make sure everything was fine. Once we were ready to order, all I had to do was say so. I got our final quote, accepted it and was told that I would have them in hand in 2 weeks time. It didn't take 2 weeks time. It took not even a week after the final quote and we had our USBs in hand! When we need more we will certainly be going with iPROMO again!

IPromo is easy to work with on any order. The customer service was fast and friendly (thank you Rada). They were able to put me in touch with great vendors when they were unable to help me out. Their prices are competitive and they made billing easy.

I received a "junk" email from iPromo just at the right time. I don't usually open these emails but it referenced ordering Flash Drives which I was in the process of doing for an upcoming Conference.
