Unfortunately, my experience with iPromo was disappointing. While their selection is good, customer service was slow to respond, and my order took longer than expected to arrive. I expected better communication and timely delivery. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.

We have had issues in the past with iPromo, but since they were always able to fix them, we kept using them. Our latest order will be the last time. IPromo condensed our zip file to fit onto our USB, because they said our data was too large. They used a zip file program that no one at our conference had on their laptops, so our IT guy had to unzip them all manually (200 units). Once he unzipped them, they fit fine onto the drive even though iPromo told us the data was too large. What a waste of time and stress - we will not be using iPromo again.

Our product came to us with no packaging. Our sales rep sent us the inside packaging and boxes and we had to repack our order prior to giving it out. About 25% of the items were defective. I realize they were made in China but I did not expect this failure rate. Over all, I would not purchase this product again. What you see was definitely not what you get on this purchase.

I called and ordered 100 USB flash drives. Or course, when I asked if they could be at our school within a certain amount of days they assured me it was no problem. Our school agreed to pay for a rush order since we were told we would receive our items a day before we were to need them. We needed them for a presentation our principal was scheduled to have at 11:00 a.m. in the morning. Our USB flash drives did not arrive on time!

When asked to confirm orders it is ignored. Continually reminding them to send packing list with orders.

Working with the iPromo team to get the order placed was seamless. However, the custom production was the wrong color (not the PMS color we provided) and the shipment was not efficient. Somehow our order was sent to Chicago rather than Atlanta and we did not get the materials in time for use! As attentive as the iPromo team was during order placement, they went radio silent as we tried contacting several team members to get information on our "missing" products after calling constantly and emailing as well to find out how to resolve the shipping mishap.
