Works fine but occasional lag. Build quality feels cheap

I have been an iPromo customer working with Mike Skier as my rep for the past several years. Though I recently had a hiccup with an order, Mike was able to work through the problem with me and made sure my order was completed to my satisfaction.

Got back to me very quickly. sent what it would look like. was delivered quickly and everything arrived in good order. would order again.

We ordered USB drives for our company a few years ago, and were not pleased with them. Quality was sub-par and they broke easily. Given the warranty, we made plans to return them for replacement, and then they got pushed aside and we didn't get around to returning them. Recently we decided to see if it would still be possible to return them, and IPROMO was happy to help. We got all the defective units replaced with the newer version and they work great. Very happy with the eventual outcome.

The Kansas City Golden Retriever Club has used the jump drives with club logo imprinted for two different competition events as part of our prizes. They were such a big hit pics of them ended up on facebook by dog/handler team winners.

All communication was very professional and handled as urgently as if they were handling it for themselves.

My order experience was great once it got started. It took several emails and calls to get help placing my order. Once the order was placed, everything else went smoothly.

Easy to order, responsive on questions asked, delivery in time and all as ordered. just great
