Always get my quotes very quickly, with competitive pricing, excellant customer support, very few issues, only exception is that sometimes we get 2 to 3% non functioning USB's.

Timely, professional, quality product

I had great customer service in terms of ordering the product. My only concerns came when the product was delivered. Being shipped from China, many of the individual boxes were crushed and I have some broken usb chargers which I am dealing with iPromo as I write this review.

Great customer service from the assistance received. From the date we placed our order, we received our product in an unexpected timing. This is the third time we have used ipromo and we will continue to use them when we need to order flash drives again because of the excellent service we received.
