I’ve received my order. And I thought the bottom was empty. Contacted customer service live chat. And they assure me that it’s not empty that it comes in powder form and I needed to add Bacwater. I was not aware that it came in powder form. The representative on live chat was quick to respond and it assured me my order was correct. Thank you for the knowledge as I am new to the peptide world.
