So good. I had gotten a random brand and this one is sooo much better. worth the money!!

Non existent customer support. Both adult son and I have bought the ion pro bottles based on others recommendations and neither of them worked after carefully following instructions. There is no follow up or even a response to texts and emails and a phone line will n to allow your to talk to a person. What a rip off.

If I could give a negative star I would- look I do not do reviews but since they refuse to respond via email here’s a review - we purchased 300$ worth of product first week of dec - did not receive half of the order till mid January- first product we receive is faulty and unusable so we request a return slip- they will not provide a return slip as requested multiple times - we just received the other half of the order 2 days ago- at this point we do not want anything we want to return it all (much faster than we received might I add). Please send us a return slip and refund my money and we will remove this review

Waited for my order for over a month, apon receiving my order the bottle was broken and still haven't gotten a response from support.

We’re still waiting to receive the item. It took a while to ship and it’s been 2 weeks sense it has. You can’t speak to nobody on the phone & the communication on email is very slow.

I made an order For an original and a Pro Hydrogen Bottle. It was 6-8 weeks before I received the Pro Hydrogen bottle still have not received the original. My Pro Hydrogen bottle stopped working after a week. I have reached out to the company 3 or 4 times in email as that is the only way to contact them, and still have not heard back about my product that is not working. Very frustrated with lack of communication for long wait time for order and now I cant get anyone to contact me to replace the product that is not working.

Slow response to emails and product is poorly designed
