I like the bottle and the essecod using it. The water tastes great cold. However, I am having one of the bottles replaced because it won't charge.

One of the two bottles we bought leaks around the base. When you pour into a glass it leaks. We don’t feel any different at this point. Also, I bought two bottles at full price, after I checked out up popped an offer of buy one, get a second half off. I wasn’t offered that savings even afterwards.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this bottle! The straw is stuck in the cap and you have to use a knife in order to pry it out. The port for charging should be sealed better, it just seems cheap. Pretty disappointing overall. It does bubble when you turn it on so I am assuming that it actually makes hydrogen. We were going to order another for my wife but after this one we are going to pass.

The bottle is decent, shipping is excruciatingly long. Recently ordered replacement glass because I broke mine. I was sent the wrong glass twice, each time taking 3 weeks for delivery so after nearly 9 weeks I finally got the correct glass, and I am using the bottle agai.

This was our first experience purchasing hydrogen ion bottles and we chose Ion Bottles. We bought 2, one for myself and the other for my spouse. We were pretty enamored by them and spread the word quickly to our friends and family. I could see the benefits of reduced inflammation and my spouse's gut health has improved. After about 3 months one of the bases stopped working. It wouldn't charge. Going through the process to get a warranty replacement was extremely frustrating. Eventually, we received our replacement. We then resumed using the bottles as we had been, and for another 4 months, they were great. That's when another base stopped working. It's the same problem as before. We didn't mark either base to know which one was the defective base. However, based on some wear and tear we assumed it was the remaining one from the original order. This time, working with customer service to replace it was much easier. We are hoping this is the last time we will need to replace an Ion Bottle.

Replacement glass is subpar. 1st replacement was irregular. 2nd glass wasn’t much better. Independent companies suggest the original bottle is made for 20 many other companies so quality is questionable. Another Independent study suggests the levels of hydrogen may not be as high as the company says. So in other words, I’d suggest spending more money on a much higher quality bottle company that is fact checked by independent companies. Shipping time is also horrible.

The first thing I want to say is that delivery was prompt and professional. Regarding the bottle. I bought this for my brother as a present with an idea that if he found a benefit I would also purchase one for myself. I have been diagnosed with MS two years ago and I am always looking for things to help. My brother has been using it for the last near three weeks and he told me that he cannot say for certain if it is helping him feel better or not. The only benefit that he sees is that he is drinking more water, which cannot be a bad thing. However I have not purchased one as they are not a cheap investment for just a water bottle. I will ask him again in another few weeks and then make my mind up to purchase one or not. I truly hope he sees a benefit as I would love to get one and also see a benefit form my MS as from what Ionbottles say about their bottles it would be perfect as MS is a ìn inflammatory illness and reduces energy etc. So I really hope that he comes back and tells me yers go buy one.
