Delivery was kinda slow for this “now” generation. Other than that 👍.

Moulding was first class , very high quality, wood was clear and milling was exceptional - will be ordering more in the near future

One of the four chrome legs was slightly cosmetically damaged in shipment. The cardboard box was torn open right at the damage. We opened the box while the UPS delivery driver watched. He suggested we refuse the package but we decided to keep it. There is also a blemish line across the top of the leather @ 12-inches long and 1/4-inch wide. We feel like for the amount of money we paid for this item, the packaging should have been much better and the leather should not have any blemishes. However, the item itself is well constructed and we really like it.

Loved the quick service. I am somewhat disappointed that my purchased items are smaller than I wanted. I was looking for the same items but thicker and bolder in size.

Carvings ordered came quickly and were packed for shipping satisfactory, however no receipt was included in the box. Otherwise everything was great.

Bought a ceiling medallion and it looks great. Easy to install.
