I would definitely use this company again. When I called to place my order the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and when I told him I needed my order in two days he arranged expedited shipping at a very reasonable cost.

I had an amazing experience when ordering a medallion for my chandelier. Amanda, customer service representative, was exceptional when solving my issue. She should give customer service seminars to other companies. I already have plans to order more items from this company due to outstanding customer service! Cindy Evans
