Staff is good and I got what I wanted quickly. The only downside is their pricing.

As describe and on time delivery. Dropped 1 star only because the price was a bit higher than is warranted IMO.

Product was excellent, packaging was great. Really wish it was clearer when the product would be delivered on ordering. Called customer support and they were very good giving an update.

Overall, I would rate my experience as positive. The biggest issue is that I had some extra product, but the cost to return it was as much as the cost of the product. So now I have a useless piece of molding that was not cheap, that I have no need of. I wish the return costs were similar to other companies.

Prompt attention and love the product.

The items were beautiful. However one profile didn't quite match up with the extention piece. With a lot of bondo we made it work but they were described as matching pieces. I would still buy them again and just go through the work of making them match because the outcome is beautiful.

Good products but not competitive pricing

I totally love the product. My only complaint was the cost of the shipping. When I googled the item I wanted, it pointed me to InvitingHome.com and stated free shipping. When I entered my order online, it showed a substantial shipping fee. I then called to speak with a representative and was told it was because of the size that it didn't qualify for free shipping. The item was $299 and the shipping was approximately $168. I was also told that it would come freight since it was too big for UPS. In the end, it did come UPS and took 4 business days to arrive. Once I saw how it was packaged and measured it, I went to the UPS website and plugged in the dimensions, weight and the from/to city/zip codes. The UPS website calculated a cost of $35.91 for the same package going ground. Shoppers beware on the shipping costs.
