I Purchased the English Style Credenza inlaid credenzas IC1737. And the credenza is poorly manufactured, all metal hardware are made of aluminium alloy and covered with black lacquer; threre is only one drawer and the dovetail joint has holes everywhere. It's totally cheaply made and waste of money and time.

The sconces look cheap and plastic. Tried to return them but we had to pay the return shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. So now stuck with tacky looking sconces that we will never use.

Good Morning, InvitingHome personel work with tireless passion to provide outstanding quality products and customer service. So it is very disconcerting to us to receive feedback from anyone who feels they have received less than great product or care. Out of dozens of people who purchased this particular hand-cast solid brass sconce that we have been carrying for over 15 years, this is the only such complaint we have received. All products are carefully packed to ensure that the product is received in mint condition. In addition, our return policy is clearly stated on the website during the purchasing process. We hope you can come to understand that the 20% restocking fee is necessary as it takes time and labor to be certain all materials were received in the same condition that they were sent, then the product needs to be re-packed and placed back in our inventory. We did a thorough investigation into your claim, and found that we did offer you a full store credit as well. Josh (Customer Support Representative)

I ordered what I needed but they told me I needed a minimum of 2 more or I had to pay extra postage. I did not know the more you ordered the postage was less. Very expensive web site.

Joseph - you ordered a molding with a 4 piece minimum but only ordered x2 pieces. We called you and gave you the option of purchasing just the two pieces but request that you pay a little more to cover the actual shipping charges to ship an 8 foot long box via UPS. Sincerely: InvitingHome.com Customer Care
