The large Cherry Wood corbel is beautiful but the packing for shipping was less than adequate. There were multiple dings in the corners of the piece which, gratefully, we were able to reduce by applying moisture. In addition the piece required a good bit of sanding to smooth out the services in order for us to finish the piece with a clear-coat. GREAT PRICING FOR SURE, but we would suggest a more conscious effort to protect such gorgeous pieces for shipping in the future. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous as well!

It is a great looking lamp, but the copy said it is dimmable, and it is not

I ordered 7 days ago but still have not received the package.

Time from purchase to ship to receipt of order was lengthy.

Product is VERY nice: thank you! only complaint: we had to call twice to get an email confirmation of our order and had to call again to get an email about when order was sent out with a tracking number. However: the product did come, is very nice, and did come on time. Thank you

Pricey for the material used in making it.

I bought the wrong size corbels and I didn’t see the part about all sales final. So I have to adapt them or use them another way. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Corbels were fair condition. Needed some sanding to blend in areas of unevenness. A little more on the expensive side but that is what the client & designer picked out so they were alright with pricing.
