I ordered three of the Gothic door panels. They eventually came but all 3 are severely cupped. The staves used in the making of the pieces show up almost as if they are different species, they looked striped!
They are unusable. I was told there could be no return. This company is not trustworthy.

Buyer Beware!
I'm glad you decided to post your Return Policy on your website after my review stating that their was no return policy stated. You need to tell people. You say that all sales are final...to me that means "no returns". I cancelled my order, and never took possession of the table. You charged me $182.75 "restocking" fee, and $369.52 for shipping, so a total of $552.27 for a $1918.00 table, which is 28.79% for a table that I never received. $552.27 for a table I cancelled!!! I just want people to understand your "return" policy!!

Our return policy has been on our website ever since we started our business, over 15 years ago. A link to our return policy is also on the bottom of every single page of our website and can also be found via the contact tab at the top of the website. If you cannot find it, you can always ask, since we are available on live chat over 14 hours a day, and our phone number and contact info is clearly on our website. Also when you did call us to return the table we informed you verbally and via email of our return policy.
You did not cancel your order. Your order was already shipped so you were unable to cancel it. This means that we put forth the time and money needed to ship your item, which was a large table that needed to be shipped via a freight carrier. The shipping charges are not our responsibility. Neither are the shipping charges required to return the item to us. When we receive the table back, it will require time, labor, and money to restock the item. This is also not our responsibility, thus the 10% restocking fee.
We did everything we could possibly do to make you happy. But after we ship an item, if you change your mind and no longer want it, then you are responsible to pay for the required expenses for us to receive the item back.

I had ordered the Madison Crown molding…
I had ordered the Madison Crown molding and was never told that there was a deadline for returns. I am restoring a 130 year old Victorian home and have several projects going on at the same time. When I finally got started on using the crown molding in which I had purchased I had noticed that the moldings which are made of Foam are not consistent in shape with each other. So when I contacted Inviting Home about my concerns and sent them pics of the issues. They said they would contact there supplier and get back to me. When they did respond they informed me that they only have a 30 day return policy and to much time had pasted since I purchased them. I am in the Plastic mold business and know what the problem is they are not taking there parts out of their molds and setting them in a holding fixture to keep the shape of the part like the tool it came out of. And that is why the shapes are different.
