I was trying to match some trim in our 1928 home. I knew it was going to be tough to do, but your website had so many choices that I knew I was looking in the right place. I couldn't get the online order form to work, but the assistant on line was very helpful, even giving me his number to call so we could get the order placed. I am very happy with the trim and the shipping and ordering. I will use this site again in the future if I am in need of the products you offer.

Great customer service and got order quickly

My first purchase in January of 2022 was two carved corner posts. The order took longer than necessary to complete, but my 'chat' conversations with the company were always to the positive and there was positive movement with the order. I just completed a second order for matching chair rail trim and expect delivery shortly. The detailed carving is exceptional, though pricey, I do see the quality of the work. The online chats were quite helpful and guided me in decision making and completing the orders.
