I've had the best customer service from Aryianna, she is very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding as I tended to ask a lot of questions and sent many texts when my order was mixed up, she had everything taken care of. It's nice to know there are still kind people out there! Aryanna is one of them!

I've used them previously for NAD and Oxytocin. They are extremely easy to work with and the website works wonderfully too. Shortly after submitting an order someone calls to make sure the order is right and answer any questions you have, which I love. Today I ordered two new products and received a call from Jazmine. She was wonderful and even helped me apply a discount I did not know about. I really like this pharmacy and their customer service.

Pedro and Jose have been working to get my medicine refilled and I appreciate their commitment to do so.

Please be aware of this company, I enrolled in the Tirzepatide program and after 2 months they call me to tell me they no longer can provide tirzepatide so they wanted to force me to switch to Semaglutide to retain me as a customer. I called them and they have no clue when they will have the prescription they are offering, this shows this is a company with no accountability and are trying to force patients to take whatever prescription they have available instead. They did not offer any refunds, please choose another company that has accountability and availability, it is unfair for the customer to enroll in a program and then they cannot provide the prescription they claimed they would offer for several months. They never warn patients that they will have shortages of the prescriptions they offer you, they never mentioned this in any of their clauses, I consider this as an unethical and unprofessional way of taking advantage of the customer who believes they are capable of supplying the prescription for which they enrolled in the first place.

Chat with Melissa went very well. Extremely helpful with my refill order. Saved me some money with a social media discount. Saving money is always great!

I rarely take the time to pass along a review for a company even if I have had a wonderful experience but I want to take the time and give a HUGE shoutout to the staff at Invigor Medical but most importantly to MELISSA I had a small issue with my order and shipment and Melissa went the EXTRA MILE to personally see that the issue was resolved quickly and professionally Thanks Invigor Ron Bennett
