Excellent proactive communication from my medical team. Maddy reached out to me and helped to troubleshoot medication supply issues quickly and professionally. The online chat system is also incredibly helpful off hours too.

Excellent Customer Service
I had the best customer service from Jazmine at Invigor Medical...it made the process so easy and she was so wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service I received. She followed up with me without being annoying, and took care of everything I needed over text message, which makes my life so much easier. Invigor has high quality products, too, so don't hesitate to order from them. I have been a customer for a long time and I can tell you it's a great company to do business with.
