Ordered medication
Ordered medication. Was very difficult to get into the medical orofile. Someone on Groupon helped me. Then it took a long time getting the medication. Haven’t started it cuz I hear there is nausea and headache the first week. Been too busy to be sick right now. Will start soon

Was sent the wrong medicine and they didn’t reimburse me nor did they offer to send the correct medicine. Customer service is a disaster.

Your system online refuses to…
Your system online refuses to recognize my credentials so I can't lov in . You don't ever notify a person when the B-12 is being shipped so it can set for days at the mailbox place unrefrigerated. Please , this as a flaw in your system!!! I have a voicemail number for someone in your company who will call me back, but I shouldn't have to have personal contact to figure out when is a good very expensive and highly refrigerated product is on his way. I also discuss with her regarding getting two bottles at a time, so there was some sort of provider request but it again it was not clear whether I was to respond and do a new interview because I got also got a notice that it was approved. However, it seems to not be for the two bottles at one time Your online system just doesn't work correctly.

I went on Sermorlin over 3 months ago. Amazing benefits and customer service. Improvement in sleep, lean muscle mass and hopefully, my bone density.
