This company been good to me for a long time

Horrible customer service. I canceled an online order shortly after purchase through their website. Recieved an email stating that they dont cance orders. I literally canceled it through their cancelation form on line.

You have a google add for a product at 250. Click the add its 500. Try to add coupon code thats good for 70 more days. Doesn't work. Tried to cancel my order cause it auto payed after the coupon didnt work. Couldn't cancel. Had to make a request to cancel. Was ignored and shipped out. Now I have to wait for it to arrive and ship it back. Meanwhile Im out 500 bucks until you decide to give me my money back

Let’s just say even thou I like this watch company, my confidence in getting what I paid for is not there! My last order is still being processed! Since August this is the 3rd order still being precessed. Then I’m told they can’t be filled and given a credit. Just refund my money! I spent time looking for those watches and they were in stock at the time of ordering. I don’t know if I can trust the company anymore what ashame!!!

Giving a review before I get my order is like reviewing food before you eat it. Ordering is ok. My last order resulted in a 1 star. I never received one of the items. You said it was coming, but it never did. I had to stop payment on credit card to get some action. You charged me, but never got it. Some stores don’t charge until it’s shipped. But, I still like some of your stuff. Low price for decent goods. Drastic price changes, often. Your MSRP’s are inflated so you have to be a smart shopper. Wish you would put more non watch items up for sale. I would shop you more. Keep up the hard work. I check you out a few days every week, it’s fun.
