WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO? Sent multiple emails to tech support regarding frozen 2000$ funds due to a deposit that hasn’t cleared (supposedly) yet has no record of being processed or in processing. There is no customer support to get your money back if you want to leave this SCAM APP that can take ACH transfers but hold your money with no consequence. Don’t use this app and deposit any money. WHERE DOES IT GO?

They allow you to deposit, and invest, but then if you try to withdraw your money goes missing, and there is no support help.

Been using Voyager for a year and the only problem I’ve had is it takes a while for them to withdraw funds, but you can still buy. I bought $7500 worth of coins and it’s been two weeks for them to withdraw funds from my bank. This is the first time it’s taken so long ,(3/21) usually they’re quicker. Maybe growing pains? The other problem is that when a coin pumps the app has frozen,(1/21) but their excuse was influx of new customers. Easy to use,( funds were rejected first few times) but after that very satisfied with low cost and have earned over $1500 in a interest in bitcoin in less than 6 months. As far as getting my money out it takes a few days.

I don’t understand how there are so many fake bad reviews here. I’ve been using Voyager since Oct 2020 and I’ve been very happy with the app, there are some things I would improve like adding more assets (which eventually comes with time) and withdrawing all assets available on the app as well as having a more pro trading platform for desktop which I also think they’ re working on it right now. As far as interest they offer one of the best rates and like I said app is very easy to use. It’s not a scam like others say lol

Stay away!! This app will scam you out of your money. their app logged me out with money left in my account, there is no customer support. they will post on every social media but they will not respond to any of their customer tickets, Don't listen to these positive comments and don't cry if you do listen. I regret I ever put my money in this app

voyager is a scam, they have taken my crypto, 10K only thank god, no customer service, they will not respond. this is not a legitimate company. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! They are a scam. I haven't had access to my money for almost two weeks. Support requests remain unanswered. Their investor relations phone number is an automated message that just repeats. If anyone out there still has access to their money, you should get it the ***k away from these people immediately. As for me, I'm getting a lawyer.
