Screw this app 100%. If people are paying attention this company is absolutely ripping you off on fill prices and won’t let you set realistic buy limit orders due to “them being too far from the current price” this means each transaction you’re losing anywhere from 5-13%, I did the math. I’ve also emailed this company three times over a 2 week span and received ZERO responses. If you’re a beginner and don’t care about among money this is the platform for you. If you actually trade and pay attention to the p&l this company will bleed you dry with each transaction. There is no customer service team at all. Even the CEO STEVE has not responded to his personal email. Run from this horrible company.

Very easy to put money in and pull out from/to US Bank. Buying USDC is simple, and returns are well above average (but not FDIC insured in USDC). App only access. They do not say much about insurance and cold / hot storage. Their Blog/FAQ needs to be 'searchable' and more of the security information updated (e.g., cold storage insurance). Otherwise, like it so far 2 month). Fees are reasonable, and easy to transfer crypto out if needed, otherwise keep it there and earn interest. Note - withdrawal can take up to 24 hours to process, and USD deposits 10 days to clear.
