I have written about my experience with Voyager several times, indicating the lack of support. The account is once again available to me, but I finally understood the solution myself with the help of a friend. Sometimes a separate set of eyes will help clarify a problem.

Decent platform. Withdrawals are a hassle. VOY limits withdrawals to 25k in 24 hours. Unfortunately, your transfer may be rejected multiple times and stuck in pending for days. It will take me 7+ days and cost around $180.00+ to transfer 2btc off the platform. And that's if the transfer goes through on time. Most of my interest earned will be absorbed through TX fees. This is not a place for anyone holding more $25k in coins. Learned the hard way - Once I'm gone, I'm gone! Sad 😔 I had high hopes. Let's see if they make good. If so, I raise them to 3 stars. It's a decent platform, the app can be glitchy, but I have figured out how to work through some of the glitches. Voy is a broker, not an exchange. Very High fees. I did a video showing that 85% of the coins you can buy, you can not send off the platform. There are plenty of other reputable places to buy, sell and stake crypto. Celsius, Hodlnaut, Coinloan, Midas investments, Ledn. I suggest you DYOR. Update: I raised the score to 3 stars. Customer Service responded and my withdrawals were processed. Hooray!

So, I’ve read a ton of reviews for voyager. I have had very little problems with it but my girlfriend has had a some scary issues...until now. Long story short, the code that was sent to allow her to transfer crypto never worked until she turned on her VPN. That’s the key. On the other had, she transferred 4K with of XRP from her exodus account to voyager and it never shows up. the address was verified. The lack of customer service from voyager cemented the loss. The interest paid on crypto is great but it’s certainly risky to do business with anyone who won’t work with you to resolve issues.

Voyager is not free trading . I notice I put in $500 and only 497.50 goes into trade…. Stop saying your free trading because whether it’s $50 or $500 they are charging transaction fees. No transparency . Thought Coinbase was higher but realize no Voyager is taking a fee they say cause they get you a better entry point. No clear fee structure and say they are commission free but they are not fee free. Period. Misleading clients
