Don’t do it!!! Absolutely no customer service. I understand delay in deposits but try withdrawing your crypto. They delay for a week and canceled the withdrawal by saying they weren’t sure you still want it. Horrible exchange

I have been on Voyager for a couple of Months now and in the beginning liked their platform, mobile is good and the beta desktop has a lot of potential. They have serious issues with transactions entering or leaving the platform though. I have had deposits waiting almost three weeks to be confirmed and a small withdraw going on two weeks. I do empathize with their growth issues but it is within their power to control. When you are dealing with peoples money you must be completely above board to have trust and at present mine has been shaken. The customer support seems to be non-existent other than automated emails, if you want to be in this sector you have to have good customer service and a solid platform. I can weather your issues provided you proactively communicate your problems. I still hav hope but it is fading quickly.

Don't put your crypto in here, there's a multitude of better apps. The customer service I've received through voyager is without doubt the worst I've ever received. They can take your money in no problem, but just wait until you try and withdraw it. That's when the fun begins. It's a total scam.

I collected a 10$ profit and invested in another coin that 10$ got me 1k btt I look in my bank account and voyager has stolen 10$ So basically I didn’t profit anything and had money stolen because that 10$ profit was already on the app

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service by InvestVoyager.com There was no delay in accepting my deposits to buy crypto but now that I want to withdraw it has been "pending approval" for almost a week now costing me money with my funds stuck in a crypto asset that is currently in decline. I am worried this site is a scam and I will be out near $2,000.

I deposited 4200 XRP from Uphold on April 1st. ( No Joke ).. I checked and rechecked the block chain, wallet address and location ID. All correct and reported as completed Successfully! However it did not show up in my Voyager account. I created a ticket # 262987 and only received an automated reply referring me the worthless ( in this situation ) FAQ list. There is no customer support. No Recourse! XRP is surging and I can't sell it. I have no access to my funds. It's horrible and anxiety inducing. What recourse do I have? I have proof it arrived. Why are they not releasing my funds to me? How is this allowed with a publicly listed company? HELP!!

Their app doesn't allow you to withdraw your own money. It literally sits at the verification screen so you can't even put the request in. I'm reporting them to the Canadian Securities Exchange every day for scamming. Please join me.
