These people are always on time with my subscription! I have NEVER had an issue with my monthly transaction or shipment!

Read a lot of the reviews, both good and bad. Overall, my experience to date has been favorable. My boxes have always arrived either on time or early. The one “bad” experience I had was on one of my gold and silver combo packages, I didn’t receive the gold and part of the silver. I reached out to them and they corrected it with the next shipment. I’ve also at times wondered about their profit margin, but when I look at what other companies charge for the same thing, their prices are reasonable and fair. Actually, I would give them 4 1/2 stars, but that wasn’t an option.

I signed up for a monthly subscription and am happy I did. Precious metals are too expensive, but with your help, I can afford to scale up my investment slowly but surely. Thanks to you.

I have been a subscriber for several months now. I've tried out the big bar crate, generic silver crate, goldback crate, and the 90% crate. All have been good experiences. I've bought a bunch of add-ons as well, and never have had a problem. Am I paying over spot? Of course I am, but I love the convenience of it and it feels like Christmas not knowing exactly what you will get. I'd give them a chance if you are on the fence.

Have been using IC for a couple years now and have been very pleased with their service. Products have all been exactly as described and delivered promptly with email notifications. No customer service issues at all and I definately plan to continue supporting them!

You have been shipping out 3/4 grams of gold as of the last 4 months and it used to be 1 gram. The price of gold is on the rise but yet you are giving less but we (consumer) are the paying the same. You also need to make it easier to cancel the monthly subscription on your website.

Too notch way for a small investor like me to invest in precious metals. Always excited to see the box show up at the house!!!
