I've been a customer for several years. Not once was I disappointed.

I joined IC late in 2024. Wanted to start small and see how smoothly things went. Signed up for the $100 monthly silver crate. First order arrived in December very close to the estimated delivery date. In January, I didn't receive anything. I emailed and asked if there was an issue with my card or payment and received a reply back the next day stating "I don't really know what happened. I don't usually deal with accounts this small." Not the best customer service answer. I didn't feel very appreciated. Since then, 3 of the 4 monthly deliveries have been on time with February"s showing up a week later than expected. I am still hesitant to increase my monthly subscription amount until I am sure things are solid. But I am hopeful.

IC is a really great company! It's set and forget!

Really easy way to get additional Gold and Silver monthly and assist in building your portfolio. The shipment arrives around the same time each month we'll packaged in a discreet way. As someone who likes keeping physical Gold and silver this plan is hard to beat.

I have had a subscription for over a year and been happy with what I get each month.

I love getting a shipment from investor Crate, i started with them 5 years ago and love seeing what i get in my subscription. Even at the lower plans they are great.

I do a $150 a month crate and I am satisfied with what I receive for my 150. Also the fire sale deals are pretty good and I have gotten a few good deals from it. I have been subscribing for just under a year.

I have been ordering once a month for about a year, always a great price never had an issue. Great company!
