Been getting the silver crate for a year now and have not been disappointed, they have been very reliable

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Investor Crate. I've been buying from them for years. I set up what I wanted and have it delivered every month on a recurring plan, and it works perfectly for me.

I've been a customer for, I think, over four years now. I've never had a bad experience with any of my transactions. I like the way you can change your selections from month to month if you choose to do so. Payments come out every month and you easily can change how much you want to forfeit.

I would put 5 stars but as of late the new option to log into your account to adjust or even change prescription became a pain in the ass. I had to contact IC via mail to have them change my monthly because I could not log in. Ask me for a code and when it did send the code, I would enter it and it would wash, rinse, and repeat the same issue.. Hope they resolve that because not being able to log into my account to make changes personally is bothersome. As they always say DON'T FIX that which was not broken in the first place.. Oh and been a customer for several years.. Still love them. Just fix the ability to log in without it being a pain in the ass..
