I have been a member for over 2 years now and have been completely satisfied. I have even taken my metals into a gold shop to be tested and everything is 100 percent legitimate. Please educate yourself on how this works and how the market can fluctuate. The same $100 will get you a different amount of metals now compared to a year ago. This company has always had great customer service anytime I've needed them. And they work hard to get you as much for your money as possible. For example, I have never had a silver membership but there has been times that to get my metal value as close as possible to my membership amount, they would throw in some silver with my gold to get as close as possible to the dollar amount. Couldn't be happier and I hope to continue my membership for many years to come.

I looked at many other companies and by far Investor Crate gives the best prices and by far the best deals!

Been purchasing from investor crate for roughly about a year. Pretty fair deal for getting close to what spot price is. I have a silver and gold package. The only thing I would like to see change is maybe a variety of coins they ship each month. Meaning you get a different type of coin and not the same coin every month. Other than that no issues. Honest a reputable company.

I have enjoyed every piece of gold and silver I have received and I have been with investor crate for almost 2 years. I like the random mix of coins from all over the world. My only wish is that on the receipt was a list of what was in the mystery box. Like 1 gram Canadian coin or 1 gram of palladium etc etc. but I am very happy and it’s fun waiting for my mystery box. It has helped me grow my stack.

Easy ordering. Did the $250 crate. Received a 1 gram bar and smaller gold round. 2 silver coins were included to get to the full $250 value. Pricing those out today after 30 days would be $300 retail. I was also surprised to see the membership gave me eligibility to buy individual pieces from the shop at a discount. They have 1 gram bars for sale with free shipping, $20 cheaper than other sites. At most they are making $10 profit on these subscriptions. Well worth it and thank you for providing a great service that keeps me looking forward to the next delivery.
