Investor CrateReviews of investorcrate.com

I've signed up with Investor Crate about six months ago. I'm a vet and they are a vet owned company. I like trying to help my brothers and sisters. But if they sucked, I wouldn't continue with them. I have had nothing but great experience. I've been very happy with the metals I've received. I feel like a kid a Christmas every time I see the ship notice.

Shipments are always on time. All product received as been as advertised. I enjoy receiving the monthly shipments and seeing what has been included in the crate.

great company, not much premium add. i'm subscribed to their monthly crates and they are prompt you get exactly what you pay for. Investor crate is on time every time in my experience and the bullion i receive is in a discrete package and it is as real as it will ever be. I love this company sorry to hear about the fake reviews these guys have taken very good care of me and if your on the fence about signing up for their monthly crates or even just buying bullion do it your future self will thank you and I promise you will be treated with the care and attention you deserve no bull shit.

i was initially skeptical since its really fair pricing but after cutting a few 1 gram gold bars in half and it being real i have been a customer for nearly 2 years and still occasionally check my gold bar orders to make sure it all good. my only thing i wish they had larger inventory's when they restock on the 15th its a real "gold rush" to get extra bars.

Investor Crate does a great job on getting me the bullion I want. Their customer service is great and quick to respond. I would highly recommend Investor Crate to anyone that is looking to invest in precious metals.

I’ve been using Investor Crate for a full 12 months now, and I can confidently say it has exceeded every expectation. They truly offer a price point for every level of investor, making it easy for both beginners and experienced stackers to participate. The subscription model is simple, affordable, and incredibly effective for anyone looking to steadily and intelligently build a precious metals portfolio. Receiving a crate every month has made dollar-cost averaging effortless. It allows me to accumulate more when prices are low and less when prices are high, lowering my overall cost over time. As a result, my dollar-cost average is about 40% for silver and roughly 83% for gold, which speaks volumes about the value and consistency Investor Crate provides. Each month, my crate arrives well-packaged and includes a thoughtfully curated selection of fractional gold. When the add-on page is available, I also take advantage of adding silver bars to my order, which has been a fantastic bonus. The quality, reliability, and presentation are always top-notch. Customer service is equally impressive. When I needed coin tubes for my gold rounds and wasn’t sure what size to order, Tyler personally had support send me a couple of 33mm tubes at no charge. That level of care and attention is rare these days and truly sets them apart. I can’t recommend Investor Crate enough to both new and seasoned investors. This is a veteran-owned business that clearly values its customers and delivers consistent value month after month. Nothing but love for Investor Crate!

Just signed up for Investor Crate's $250/month silver-focused subscription and received my first box. The crate arrived promptly with secure, discreet packaging that gave zero indication it contained precious metals (perfect for OpSec-conscious folks like me). Inside was a nice variety of genuine US-minted 90% junk silver: circulated but well-preserved silver dollars, half dollars, quarters, and dimes, all in great shape with clear mint marks. I didn't bother weighing them since the coins look authentic and the weights felt spot-on based on my experience. What really sold me on Investor Crate is that it's American veteran-owned and operated. In my experience, vets bring a high level of integrity and discipline to everything they do, and this company is no exception. Everything went smoothly, the value felt fair compared to current market prices, and I'm genuinely excited to keep building my stack month by month. Highly recommend to anyone looking to dollar-cost average into precious metals with a trustworthy, US-based service. 5 stars!

I have been a customer for 9 years. If there was ever an issue the support team handled it fast and professionally. I received answer to all emails the same day. All my coins have been as described and never made with counterfeit metals.
