Inventory Planner has helped us bring much more structure to our inventory management. Before using it, a significant amount of our purchasing and forecasting was managed manually through spreadsheets. We now have a clearer view of which products need to be reordered, how much stock we should purchase and where potential inventory risks are developing. It takes some time to understand all the reports and adjust the forecasts to the needs of your business, but the system becomes very valuable once it is properly configured. We have also had a positive experience with their customer service. Our account manager has been helpful, responsive and willing to work with us on finding suitable solutions. Overall, it is a useful platform that supports better and more informed purchasing decisions.
