Highly Recommended
We highly recommend this app. Inventory Planner has been amazing for us. We don't know how we would manage our forecasting without it! Their support team is also very helpful whenever we are experiencing any issues.

I recently interacted with Jasper from Inventory Planner regarding a complex inventory discrepancy, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. The swift and thorough resolution to our issue with merged variant SKUs was a testament to the high level of professionalism and customer care provided. Jasper's ability to not only address the present problem but also anticipate further needs showcases a proactive service that's rare to encounter. The service excellence and dedication to delivering solutions that Jasper displayed align perfectly with the high standards we value.

10 months later, still not able to use the tool.
I left a one star review back in May about the onboarding experience being terrible. That triggered an initial response where they threw some more resource at it, giving us some hope. But 6 months later we are still not using the tool and everyone has lost interest in getting us working. They have outsourced the integration to an incompetent third party so have no control or knowledge of what is going on. They should never have promised us they could make it work.

Hi there, Thank you for your follow-up review. I do understand your frustrations and while I can say with no hesitation that your experience is not typical of our customers who onboard with us, nor did we sell you use our platform with anything other than the best of intentions, I fully appreciate that this doesn't help you where are currently. I'm aware that you have a regular dialogue with our implementation team who are working closely with yourselves and one of our integration partners. I've also spoken to one of our Implementation Leaders who will be calling you tomorrow to echo these thoughts in more depth. Apologies once more. We will get there. Tom (Inventory Planner by Sage)

Super positive experience so far
Onboarding onto Inventory Planner has been a really positive experience for us. Matt was super helpful in showing us the tool, and despite us throwing challenging questions his way, answered our queries with thorough explanations, whether he had them himself or had to get them from the support team. We are really excited for how this tool will enhance our inventory management and cash flow accuracy.
