I did a "40" hour course with Invensis Learning and the first day we did two hours, the second day we did 3, the third day we did 4 and the last day we did 1. and the rest of the time we were told to self study and do exam questions. I would recommend everyone to stay away from these as you do not get value for money. I didnt pay to self study i paid to have assistance and exercises to assist me. I have been on a lot of courses in my 24 year areer in IT and I can honestly say this was the worst course I have ever atttended.
Response from Invensis LearningMar 9, 2026
Dear Phil, we’re sorry your experience did not meet expectations, and we take your concerns around course structure, delivery time, and value seriously.
Lilia

Dear Lilia, we’re delighted you enjoyed the interactive training, hands-on learning, and effective use of visual tools throughout the session.
Gerald M.
16 hour course could have been 4 hours. Covered ITIL entry level service terminology, more suited for first year High School (at latest) intro to IT Service terms.
Response from Invensis LearningMar 9, 2026
Dear Gerald, we’re sorry the course did not match the depth and pace you expected, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback as it helps us to review and deliver the program more effectively in future.
