Unprofessional and incompetent
Unprofessional and incompetent. The instructor didnt show his camera because he was reading off a script and used an excel sheet instead of a slide deck. 1hr into the course he asked for a 1hr nap break. After his nap we continued for 30 minutes until said he was too sick to continue. He proposed that instead of covering 28 hrs of course work over the week, that we shortened the hours to 16. I then asked for a refund which took 10 emails and a call to be agreed to. I had to follow up 4 times for the refund to be actually processed which came through 20 days after I requested it.

Hi Andrew, We strongly disagree with the characterization of our organization as “unprofessional and incompetent.” During the session, the trainer experienced an unexpected medical issue, which was communicated transparently. To ensure there was no loss of learning, we offered the option of completing the entire training again with another experienced trainer at no additional cost. This offer was declined. Although the training had already commenced, we still agreed to process a full refund as a goodwill gesture. The refund was completed in full. The delay mentioned was due to the concerned team member handling the case being on medical leave, which slightly extended the processing timeline. It is also important to note that this review was posted after the full refund had already been received. We made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter professionally by offering both complete retraining and a full refund, which does not reflect the description presented here. Best Regards, Invensis Learning
