I recently completed my PMP exam preparation training with INVENSIS, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. From start to finish, the support, structure, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Training structure and material are professional. Trainer is also professional. The only drawback I found is time management.

Unprofessional and incompetent. The instructor didnt show his camera because he was reading off a script and used an excel sheet instead of a slide deck. 1hr into the course he asked for a 1hr nap break. After his nap we continued for 30 minutes until said he was too sick to continue. He proposed that instead of covering 28 hrs of course work over the week, that we shortened the hours to 16. I then asked for a refund which took 10 emails and a call to be agreed to. I had to follow up 4 times for the refund to be actually processed which came through 20 days after I requested it.

The PMP certification training provided by Invensis was well structured. Training was covered with simple and practical examples that made the program easy to follow and to clearly understand the complex PMP topics. Although I was the only participant during this session, my coach had organized the training in clear and logical way and he kept me engaged during all 4 days with ease.
