So many things went wrong that its unsettling. The products did not ship within the timeframe provided I was never provided an update on any issues. I had to email for updates and WAS NEVER TOLD of any back orders After 2 weeks my order had not shipped and I was told one of the items was on back order and was in customs and would ship when it arrived! THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL MY ORDER LYING TO ME THAT THE ONE PERSON WHO COULD CANCEL THE ORDER DID NOT SHOW UP TODAY. THERE IS SOMETHING VERY VERY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.
