I purchased the Nubes couch and chair. The cushions stay flat, very uncomfortable. Fabric does not clean well or easy. Would not recommend.

So many things went wrong that its unsettling. The products did not ship within the timeframe provided I was never provided an update on any issues. I had to email for updates and WAS NEVER TOLD of any back orders After 2 weeks my order had not shipped and I was told one of the items was on back order and was in customs and would ship when it arrived! THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL MY ORDER LYING TO ME THAT THE ONE PERSON WHO COULD CANCEL THE ORDER DID NOT SHOW UP TODAY. THERE IS SOMETHING VERY VERY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.

Hi Starr, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. To clarify, we have fully honored your request to cancel the order, even though the sofa was ready to ship. Please understand that cancellations are not always processed on the same day the request is made, as they require coordination between our logistics, support, and finance departments to intercept the shipment and verify its status. According to our records, your order was officially cancelled, and a confirmation email was sent to you at that time. We have also issued a full refund; please check your original payment method for the credit. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The single worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Ordered my husband a chair for his birthday, and despite the item being listed as in stock, they shipped it over 2 MONTHS late, and when it arrived, it was the wrong item. They were rude, unresponsive, and difficult to work with on the return. I have never felt so disregarded by a company that clearly does not have their act together.

Hi Kristen, I am truly sorry for the frustration we've caused. Regarding the delay, as the color you selected is made-to-order, we appreciate your initial agreement to the shipping timeline. However, we sincerely apologize for the incorrect shipment that followed. This is unacceptable, and we have taken immediate action to fix it: Correct Replacement: Already dispatched (tracking information has been sent to your email). Return: The incorrect package has been picked up. We appreciate your patience while we make this right. Please let us know if you need anything else.
