The color we wanted was back ordered, but communication from customer service was excellent. When the couch arrived it was easy to assemble (directions are not great but it’s pretty intuitive). It looks great in our space and is super comfy. Would order from them again!

from ordering to receiving everything was so quick and customer service are so kind. my armchair is so beautiful and was easy to put together i’ll enjoy this chair for years to come. the slipcovers are easy to put on and off, especially for cleaning. only thing is i wish they had walk up delivery service i live on a 3rd floor of an apartment building so that’s usually something i gotta figure out.

Easy to put together. High quality and comfortable fabric. The couch is so luxurious and sturdy. So far the best sofa I’ve owned. One of the coolest features is that the covers removable, washable and if needed, can be replaced. This is a great option for those with kids and pets!

I absolutely love the new couch set I got from intuition decor— Maggis Caterpillar Sofa. The style is chic and goes great with the minimalist style I curated. The material is very high quality and the color is true to picture. It arrived soon after ordering and I did not have to struggle when unpacking the couches. Customer service is also excellent and they provide tips on how to care for the couches. Overall I would give 10/10 stars for everything — quality, customer service and style! 100% would recommend and would buy again! Happy couch shopping! ⭐️

We love our Cloud couch! We bought this couch because its modular design makes it easy for us to change up its look quickly. We also loved that it had removable, washable covers, plus the option to buy new ones in other colors if we ever wanted to change the style of our living room. Since buying the couch, we have moved it around and washed the covers with ease. It’s so comfy, we fall asleep on it all the time! I would recommend this couch to anyone because of the affordable price, design quality, and ease of washing and reconfiguring.

Intuition decor sent a great couch that fit perfectly in my apartment. It was packaged with care! Very easy to assemble. Will order and recommend others to purchase, as well.

Fantastic end to end experience! The ordering process on their website was easy and seamless. Everything was straight forward and there were plenty of color options and arrangements. Once ordered the team was great about communication for both the order, shipping, and tracking information. Shipping was pretty fast. We love the couch itself and have gotten many compliments from friends. We appreciate that the covers are washable and have already washed some because we foster dogs and they have accidents. Washing and drying was super easy and putting the cushion back into the cover was pretty seamless. Overall, really great purchase experience, great product, and customer support.
