We are so, so happy with our purchase. The quality of the fabric and down filling is like nothing I’ve ever seen at this price point. Everyone who comes over raves about how comfortable they are and wants to know where we got it from. It’s honestly been one of the best purchases we’ve ever made for our home. Customer service was also outstanding and shipping and delivery was seamless.

I finally received my comfy and soft sofa set!! The Cozyee collection with coffee color is everything I wanted, it goes very well with my floor color. Installation is not that hard, and fabric is durable. I enjoy it so muchhhh!

The transaction was very smooth. Customer service is on point as they send out multiple confirmations when items are shipped & being transported. Care instructions can be given through contacting. I just wished that my order was in-stock when I ordered. It took me almost over a month to get my black couch. Otherwise, i had an amazing experience and product.

I appreciated that when I reached out about my orders shipping information I received a quick response. My order was on back order and I still received updates along the way which I really appreciated because I have found with other companies that is not always the case. The love seat was way easier to unpack than I expected. The fabric, color and size is perfect in our new home. It's not the most comfortable when sitting up but is great to lounge on and looks great in our little nook area of our media room.
