I would put it at 5 stars, but there’s a couple things I wish they would’ve done better. I was told that these guys took 6 weeks to make and ship CDs, I ordered mine on January 19th 2024 and didn’t get it until early April. That was nearly a 3 month difference! Next up is design. They should’ve looked at the design I gave them. They knew what I wanted and didn’t care what I got. They had everything but the disk design correct, they had half of the design cut off, and that’s what I worked on the most! Other than those two flaws, they did an amazing job! I don’t think I’m buying from them again any time soon since it takes so long, but if I do, I expect to get what I asked for!

Ok. Where do I start? Let me start saying I ordered 3 double albums from them. The first in December of 23 and two in January of 24. The first album was horrible with the white noise and it took 3 months to get. I'm not talking about hissing and vinyl pops, that's normal. I'm talking about a bad connection somewhere on their end and the volume is really really low. The white nose overwhelms the entire recording. Not cool. I messaged them as soon as I listened to the record and they had gotten back to me a few weeks later. Their customer service was fine actually. They didn't say much but they evidently understood my concern. After three more emails I didn't hear back from them again until just a few weeks ago but they didn't address the bad quality of the vinyl. They were just addressing the next shipment. Today is April 13, 2024 and I just received the other two albums that I ordered in January. It literally took me 4 months to get these albums and at least they told me ahead of time that they were backlogged because of christmas. So I wasn't seeing the lag in the delivery as an issue. The problem and concern was and is the quality of what they sent me. I think most people here that are irritated/pissed off pretty much summed it up. I'll just add that yes, the sleeves are stock paper thin that are bendable and not cardboard stock. They stunk upon getting them (not a big deal though) and the printing itself was really good. The labels on the vinyl were fine but the vinyl itself is nothing like I have gotten from another competitive company. There is no line for the track separation so that stinks. But the biggest issue is the sound quality. The white noise is overwhelming on the entire vinyl and side B on one vinyl wobbles with the sound, making it sound wonky. I won't use them again and I guess I got what I paid for. I wish it wasn't this way because I would love to use them again, but I will not waste another $300 on something that doesn't sound very good at all. I will use the company where I got my wife's vinyl made from, that cost me a little bit more, but the quality was on point. Spend a little bit more to be happy. I'm putting all of my old bands on vinyl and to be honest, I really don't want to let anyone hear these and these will end up going in a box. I'm not knocking these guys personally but I am a little burnt that the quality was junk. Trust me, I would love to give these guys a five-star review and help them out but that's just not possible.The vinyl business isn't something that you can take lightly when cutting wax. You live and learn. Like I said, save a little bit extra and go elsewhere.

When I got the vinyl I noticed the jacket felt rubbery, almost like waterproof-ish material. It stunk heavily of ink and chemical. The center labels on side A were vertically and horizontally off centered by a good amount, on side B they were off centered only vertically. The audio on the vinyl sounded horrible, it sounded like the vocals were in another room being picked up on a cheap and muffled microphone, while having lots of static and surface noise. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Haven’t gotten the package yet, I’m sure it’s fine which I have yet to find out. Customer service was nice, but the package taking 3 months to come in when it was supposed to be 4-6 weeks is a bit annoying. I understand falling behind on orders is frustrating, I am in no way blaming the workers, it’s just a little disappointing to order a gift for someone before valentines day and it taking way longer than anticipated. EDIT: I just got the disc, unfortunately it doesn’t have all the songs I put as mp3s, nor is it in the order I put it in. I checked to make sure the time would fit as well, but maybe I did it wrong, but unfortunately it just wasn’t as worth it to me as I hoped. Again, the service was good, I can’t necessarily blame them, but the product was not as I hoped.

I was a bit disappointed in regards to the quality of the vinyl cover definitely not worth the amount I payed. I also had to wait almost 3 whole months to receive my package.

Took forever to ship It was delayed multiple times, and I got no estimate of shipping time, nor updates about delays from the company

No delivery after 3 months.Scam alert.

The order took four damn months. Unacceptable.
